Tekmar 3000 Purge and Trap Concentrator

The Tekmar 3000 Purge and Trap Concentrator extracts volatile compounds from water or soil and collects them on a sorbent trap. The trap is then rapidly heated and the compounds are transported by GC carrier gas to the GC column for separation and detection. The 3000 Series is specifically designed for environmental analysis and strictly adheres to US EPA protocols. The Tekmar 3000 can be interfaced to virtually any GC or GC/MS system.

Technical Details
The Tekmar 3000 turns on but displays ‘power fail’ on its screen. We suspect that this is because the controller is missing. The manual suggests that pressing ‘enter’ can resolve this issue. However, we cannot verify this as we do not have the display unit. As a result, we are selling the unit As-Is.
